Illustrious Musical Company Joins Lisa In Concert
LOS ANGELES, March 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Noted Washington National Opera alumnus, LISA REAGAN will enchant us, for one night only at the Riverside Theater in New York on April 14 at 8:00 PM. For this live performance of her album, WHAT WE NEED IS HERE, she will be accompanied by some of the finest and most notable musicians on Broadway. Her 20-piece ensemble, led by Tony-winning and Grammy-nominated producer, Jamshied Sharifi, also includes renowned Celtic multi-instrumentalist, Séamus Egan, guitarist Marc Copely (Shucked, The Notebook), pianist Emily Whitaker (The Band's Visit), drummer/percussionist Philip Mayer (The Band's Visit), harpist Kirsten Agresta Copely, bassist Richard Hammond (Hamilton), master of ethnic woodwinds Inna Dudukina, and the impeccable vocals of Nicki Richards and Everett Bradley (Stomp).
Lisa composed the music on WHAT WE NEED IS HERE to the words of esteemed poets Wordsworth, Shakespeare, Berry, Frost, Yeats, Keats and others. She calls the album a project of the heart. "I was so fortunate to be able to hand the songs on the album to Jamshied for the orchestral arrangements and production. He is not only a brilliant musician, but he also felt the same obligation that I did to honor the poets and their muses," furthers Lisa.

The Riverside Theater, on the grounds of the historic Riverside Church, was founded on the belief that the arts can be a transforming power in peoples' lives. Lisa Reagan has had the honor of sharing the stage with icons Placido Domingo, Luciano Pavarotti and Renee Fleming among others during her tenure at the Washington National Opera.
