ListHub and REBNY Expand Real Estate Listing Advertising in the Big Apple

MORGANTOWN, W.Va., Jan. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ListHub, the nation's leading provider of listing syndication services and performance marketing metrics, operated by News Corp [NASDAQ: NWS, NWSA] [ASX: NWS, NWSLV] subsidiary Move, Inc., today announced a new agreement with the Real Estate Board of New York, REBNY, and its REBNY Listing Service, the RLS, to provide the RLS' over 13,000 residential participants (affiliated with more than 550 residential brokerages) with new options for syndicating and promoting listings through ListHub's network of over 85 national, regional, and affiliate publisher websites, and access to a global network of international publisher websites.

Through this agreement, RLS brokers will have the option to distribute their listings directly from the RLS to the ListHub Global network, which includes leading international real estate websites in China (Fang.com) and the United Kingdom (RightMove.com), and more than 80 other sites in more than 50 countries.  Additionally, the RLS' participants will gain access to ListHub's tools to manage their online marketing, route consumer inquiries, and access marketing performance reports.  The RLS currently distributes 20,000 residential sales and rental listings in all five boroughs of the City of New York: Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. 

Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the fourth largest real estate firm in the United States and a leading real estate brokerage firm in New York City, already uses ListHub to market its listings in Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, Colorado, California, and Florida.
