Lithia & Driveway Executives Named Among 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry

MEDFORD, Ore., May 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) Chief Financial Officer Tina Miller and Chief Customer Officer Dianna du Preez have been named among the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News. Every five years, Automotive News recognizes female leaders in the automotive field who hold significant influence and drive key decisions within their companies.

The 2025 class of Automotive News' 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry emerged from a months-long nomination and judging process that attracted hundreds of entries from the United States, Canada and Mexico. This year's list honors engineers, mobility leaders, manufacturing and marketing executives, financiers, dealer principals and designers.

Tina Miller serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Lithia & Driveway, leading accounting, tax, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, risk management and treasury functions for the company. Tina has been instrumental in achieving sector-leading growth while maintaining low leverage, launching Lithia & Driveway's captive finance company (DFC) and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Tina joined Lithia & Driveway in 2005, working in internal audit and corporate accounting before being promoted to Corporate Controller in 2015 and Vice President in 2018. Tina has served as CFO since 2019.

This is Tina's second time being named on the list of 100 Leading Women. She has previously been recognized as an Automotive News All-Star.

Dianna du Preez, Chief Customer Officer at Lithia & Driveway
Dianna serves as Lithia & Driveway's first Chief Customer Officer, in this role she leads Lithia Motors online retail vertical, Driveway, , along with Marketing, Aftersales Strategy and our Customer Ecosystem Initiatives. Dianna has built a team that focuses on creating strategies to improve our service retention and sales effectiveness.

Dianna has over 30 years in the automotive industry with broad experience centered around Supply Chain Management, IT and Customer and Employee Engagement. Known for her strategic insights and ability to build high-performing teams, Dianna is a key asset to Lithia & Driveway.
