Named Senior Case Consultant for TLS European Litigation Support Team

Makhani spent over eight years with Stephenson Harwood LLP, where he was a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation department advising clients across multiple jurisdictions. His practice focused on complex, high-value disputes where he often integrated legal technology to improve his clients' position. Highlights include a London arbitration relating to a US $2 billion African urban project, a landmark decision on legal professional privilege in Hong Kong's highest court after a document summons by the HK Secretary for Justice, a £1 billion joint venture dispute between two global oil companies, and action against various defaulting clients of a renowned English financial institution.
As a Senior Case Consultant based in TLS's European headquarters in London, he will work with law firms and in-house counsel to develop solutions, technology based and otherwise, which can give clients a competitive advantage in their disputes.
