Littlejohn & Co. Enhances Management Team With Promotion of Antonio Miranda to Managing Director

GREENWICH, Conn., Jan. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Littlejohn & Co., LLC, a private investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, announced today the promotion of Antonio Miranda from Principal to Managing Director.

Mr. Miranda joined Littlejohn in 2004. Prior to that, he served as an associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. where he evaluated, structured, and monitored private equity investments. He was also a financial analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. in their investment banking division. Mr. Miranda received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. with honors from Harvard College.
