Many food ingredients in Asian cuisine symbolize good luck and success in the coming year. To complement this very important component of traditional New Year celebrations, Chef Joseph Ku will offer a specialty menu at LUK FU, Live! Casino's popular Asian restaurant, including fish maw soup, sautéed fresh pork tongue with celery, fat choy pigs feet, black mushroom with lettuce, and Hong Kong style soy sauce chicken. The special menu will be available for a limited time.
