Lloydspharmacy Appoints Tony Page as Managing Director

COVENTRY, England, Feb. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Lloydspharmacy has announced the appointment of Tony Page as managing director of the 1,650 strong community pharmacy chain.

Tony joins the organisation following a 23 year career in the retail sector, most recently in the role of commercial director for Lenta Ltd where he helped to lead the successful turnaround of one of Russia's leading hypermarkets.  He has also held executive board positions at both Woolworths Plc and Asda, where he spent 13 years and worked alongside Allan Leighton and Archie Norman.

Tony will join Lloydspharmacy on 21 February.
