Local Charlotte Marketing Company, Perfect Image, Sold by Viking Mergers & Acquisitions

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Charlotte-based marketing firm, Perfect Image, has officially been sold by M&A experts, Viking Mergers & Acquisitions. Perfect Image was founded in Charlotte in 1981 with the goal of providing printing and mailing services. Kevin and Ellen Carlisle purchased the business in 2006, with the focus of expanding the business.

"When we purchased Perfect Image, it was a print and mail shop. We wanted to offer additional B2B services to complement our 'print shop' and the natural next step was into the marketing realm," says Kevin Carlisle, former owner of Perfect Image. Over time, the business developed into a marketing agency offering services such as web design, email marketing, and social media management. After successfully growing Perfect Image, Kevin and Ellen decided they were ready for a change and enlisted the help of Viking Mergers senior advisor, Peter Keretsis, to assist them with the sale of their business.
