The seven-year-old Kansas City location owned by Gary and Sue Hanson and their son John is among the youngest in the franchise company's history to receive the coveted award. Over 150 franchises vie for the top honor, which is based on accomplishments including revenue growth, profit, quality of service, professional image, the working environment and workforce morale.
