Popular "Business of…" series to explore North Shore local food movement

SALEM, Mass., Jan. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --The Enterprise Center at Salem State University is presenting a free panel discussion on the business opportunities offered by the North Shore's growing local food movement. Participants include a local farmer, a restaurateur, and a provider of healthy and nutritious meals to schools, senior and childcare facilities. Early registration is recommended.
