Through this agreement, all Local Media Consortium member publishers will have access to the Tout Programmatic Video Content Exchange that matches relevant, high-quality video to articles in real-time across publications.

Local Media Consortium member companies will be able to leverage Tout's sophisticated video publishing, matching and insertion technology to generate new revenue and higher engagement across member sites.
