Localytics 360 Customer View is driven by Localytics Profiles, which enables companies to send Localytics user-level information, whether it's generated in our outside of their app. Additionally, Localytics' Web Profiles allow companies to track Web activity at a user level. Localytics has also introduced a new Web SDK to enable its customers to easily update their users' Profiles based on actions taken on a website, as well as a new Events API to help customers track other customer activity, including in-store and offline behavior.
