While the company had missed filing deadlines under previous management, the last late filing occurred with the first quarter of 2009 as the newly elected Board and new management mobilized to stabilize the company and to insure accuracy in reporting. Since that time no filings have been late and the company is believed to be in compliance with the requirements of the OTC Bulletin Board quotation service.
