LocationInsight LLC raises $5M from United Communications Group (UCG) for the management buy-out of the local search marketing business from the InfoNow Corporation.

DENVER, Aug. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LocationInsight LLC today announced the successful raise of $5M from financial partner, United Communications Group (UCG) while simultaneously completing a management buy-out of the LocationInsight local search marketing business from the InfoNow Corporation.
