For a limited time, guests can enjoy the signature entree – fresh, hand-cut salmon topped with a glaze made with Blue Chair Bay White Rum – served with grilled pineapple, a grilled vegetable skewer and a side item. A second seasonal option is a wood-fire-grilled sirloin alongside rum-glazed salmon, also served with grilled pineapple, a grilled vegetable skewer and a side item. In addition to the entrees, guests can kick back with a specialty drink featuring Blue Chair Bay Rum, such as the new Blackberry Mojito.
