Logicalis US Expands West Chester Operations Center
Solution Provider Invests in New Technical Resources, Adds Customer Briefing Center and Demo Showcase
NEW YORK, Dec. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Logicalis US, an international IT solutions and managed services provider (www.us.logicalis.com), announced today that it has made a significant investment in the Logicalis Operations Center in West Chester Township, OH, near Cincinnati. The Logicalis Operations Center is the heart of the company's managed services and cloud offerings. The recent investment adds square footage to the facility and includes the addition of a new Customer Briefing Center, a new Demo Showcase, and expands the infrastructure supporting client operations.

Customer Briefing Center
The Logicalis Customer Briefing Center will be used for one-on-one in-depth executive meetings with clients as well as multi-customer solution briefings. Through the Customer Briefing Center, clients will have a convenient mid-country venue where they can attend expert presentations, meet with Logicalis solution architects, and talk with other customers who have invested in similar solutions. Briefings will include cloud and managed services offerings, converged infrastructure solutions, and related vendor products.
Demo Showcase
The Logicalis Demo Showcase will offer live demonstrations of converged infrastructure, communication and collaboration, and innovative data center solutions from Logicalis and its key partners in these areas.
Customers can attend live demonstrations in the West Chester facility or can experience demos via remote access.
Infrastructure Expansion
Logicalis has also added a new APC hot aisle containment system to the facility's data center. The new system protects mission-critical equipment and lowers electricity costs by matching cooling airflow to the system's workload. Additionally, the company added 45 new workstations to the center and continues to make technological enhancements that will better serve both existing cloud and managed services clients as well as prospects investigating potential solutions on site.
