Mr. Petersen's 25 years of cyber security experience began at Price Waterhouse, serving as a senior consultant and developing a proprietary Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) solution. He later joined Ernst & Young's National Information Security & Risk Management practice where he held a management role and was responsible for leading the development of software solutions, including eSecurityOnline.com, an internet information security portal and managed vulnerability service. Mr. Petersen is a sought after expert in cyber security and is often quoted in media publications. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.
