LoJack Corporation Names Kenneth L. Dumas as New Chief Financial Officer

CANTON, Mass., Oct. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LoJack Corporation (NASDAQ GS: LOJN), a provider of vehicle theft recovery systems and advanced fleet management solutions, today announced the appointment of Kenneth L. Dumas, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 10, 2014.  Casey Delaney, who became Acting CFO in May 2014, will remain LoJack's Vice President and Controller.

Prior to joining LoJack, Dumas, 43, served as CFO and Treasurer at Chase Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange-traded multinational manufacturing company producing specialty tapes, coatings and laminates for high reliability applications. At Chase he was part of an executive team that managed growth in revenues from $70 million to $224 million including the completion of eight acquisitions. Before becoming Chase's CFO in 2007, Dumas served the company as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller. From 1993 to 2003 he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where his positions included Senior Manager in the firm's Assurance Practice. A Certified Public Accountant, Dumas received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Boston College.
