HONG KONG, March 1, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Longtop Financial Technologies Limited ("Longtop") (NYSE: LFT), a leading software developer and solutions provider targeting the financial services industry in China, today announced that its primary operating subsidiary, Longtop System (China) Limited, has received notice of being qualified as a "Key Software Company" from the tax authority and is therefore entitled to a preferential tax rate of 10% for 2010. This is the seventh consecutive year that Longtop System has received the certification. As a result, the Company expects to record an income tax credit of approximately US$5.2 million, or US$0.09 per share in the quarter ended March 31, 2011 and increases its Adjusted Diluted Earnings Per Share guidance from US$0.38 to US$0.47. Full year fiscal 2011 Adjusted Diluted Earnings Per Share is now expected to be US$1.82.
