Los Angeles County Selects ICF for $70 Million in New Energy Efficiency Work Orders

Public Sector Programs Will Help Lower Energy Costs and Strengthen Grid Reliability Across Southern California

RESTON, Va., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ICF (NASDAQ: ICFI), a leading global solutions and technology provider, was recently awarded two new, multiyear work orders under the County of Los Angeles Energy Support Services Master Agreement to serve as one of three implementers supporting the Southern California Regional Energy Network's (SoCalREN) public sector energy efficiency programs. The work orders, which were awarded in early August 2026, have a combined ceiling value of approximately $70 million, with funding subject to the county's decision to exercise renewal options.

These new work orders expand ICF's scope under the master agreement, which also includes delivery of the county's residential and agricultural portfolios.

ICF will provide end-to-end program implementation services across SoCalREN's expansive service territory, including engineering, data-driven customer and project targeting, marketing and engagement, financing, and construction management support. The work will assist public agencies in identifying, funding and implementing energy efficiency and distributed energy resource projects designed to lower energy costs, strengthen resilience and support grid reliability.
