LOTTE Advanced Materials Acquires Leading Engineered Stone Producer
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- LOTTE Advanced Materials dramatically increases production capacity for its Radianz quartz countertop brand with the acquisition of Turkey's leading manufacturer of engineered stone, Belenco. This acquisition significantly enhances LOTTE's ability to manufacture and supply high-quality quartz surfaces on a global scale. Located in Turkey's third-largest industrial complex, Manisa OIZ Industrial Park, the Belenco facility and its two production lines are capable of producing more than 230,000 slabs of engineered stone per year.
Belenco utilizes state-of-the-art, Breton manufacturing technology – a process that produces high-quality, technologically advanced engineered stone material for the building industry. LOTTE Advanced Materials has been a licensee of Breton technology since 2018, utilizing the process in the development of its new Radianz Cirrus Collection.
