Heather Auyang, who joined the firm in 2013, and is based in the firm's San Francisco office, has demonstrated outstanding client service and leadership for many of the firm's clients. Since joining the firm, Heather has been an integral part of the intellectual property litigation practice group, and will continue to serve the firm's clients with patent, trademark, copyright and other complex commercial matters. Prior to LTL, Heather served as an Associate Solicitor at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Prior to the USPTO, she served as an IP associate for the global law firm Clifford Chance and Chicago IP boutique Roper & Quigg (now part of Jenner & Block).
Anthony Sbardellati, who joined the firm in 2015 and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office, has been a key team member of the firm's employment and commercial litigation practice groups. Anthony has clearly demonstrated his commitment to the firm's client-first philosophy, having vigorously and successfully defended several of the firm's clients in high-risk matters. Prior to joining LTL, Anthony was an associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton.
