Lund International, a Portfolio Company of Highlander Partners, Acquires the Assets of Rampage Products
BUFORD, Ga., Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lund International Holding Company, a portfolio company of Highlander Partners, L.P., today announced it has acquired all of the operating assets of Rampage Products, LLC ("Rampage"). Rampage, based in Corona, California, is a major industry player in the Jeep, light truck and SUV market. The company's products include soft tops, bumpers, step bars, stone guards, and other exterior and interior accessories.
Operations will continue to be conducted from the Corona facility and led by Rampage's Jeff Beckman and Mike Deschenes, who will both join the Lund International team. Mr. Beckman commented, "We are excited to partner with Lund International to continue to grow Rampage and build upon the Company's success as a leader in the automotive aftermarket accessories market."
