Lung Cancer Alliance Calls for Participants in Next Endurance Team Event

Team Lung Love to Run Philadelphia Marathon during Lung Cancer Awareness Month

WASHINGTON, July 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, Lung Cancer Alliance (LCA) opened registration for the next Team Lung Love event.  Members of Team Lung Love can participate in the Philadelphia Marathon, Half-Marathon and 8K this November.  Team Lung Love is LCA's endurance sports training program is focused exclusively on raising awareness and support for lung cancer.

LCA has been selected as one of the eleven official charities to take part in this world class event that is expected to draw close to 23,000 runners.

Members of Team Lung Love receive coaching, race entry, hotel rooms and team branded race apparel. They're supported every step of the way with dedicated coaches and mentors, as well as volunteers who cheer them on as they run or walk their race.
