BOSTON, Sept. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, ed tech startup Luvo (formerly Flashnotes.com), announced the launch of its new learning resource marketplace for college students, which now provides college students with immediate access to online tutors and student created, course-specific study materials they need to achieve academic success.
