With South Jersey Pediatric and Adult Infusion Center and Northeast Infusion Therapy joining its network, LUX Infusion expands its AIC footprint in New Jersey and New York

PLANTATION, Fla., Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LUX Infusion (the "Company"), a clinician-led infusion services company, today announced the acquisition of two ambulatory infusion centers ("AICs"): South Jersey Pediatric and Adult Infusion Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and Northeast Infusion Therapy in Latham, New York.

The acquisitions expand LUX Infusion's AIC footprint and further support the Company's commitment to increasing access to high-quality, patient-centered infusion care in convenient, clinically supervised settings. Both centers bring established local care models focused on patient comfort, physician collaboration, and medically prescribed infusion therapies.

Northeast Infusion Therapy provides medically prescribed infusion services for adults with chronic disease in Latham, New York. The center's care model is designed around a comfortable, friendly, and private setting, with support for documentation, prior authorizations, and treatment coordination.
