SAN FRANCISCO, July 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The #1 on-demand valet service app Luxe today announces its expansion in New York, New York. This new city marks the company's sixth new market since its inception in October 2014. Additionally, Luxe is currently available in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle and Boston with plans to expand to Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Austin later this year.

Armed with a mission to relieve customers of the time consuming frustrations associated with urban parking, Luxe offers a simple solution: on-demand valet service with a touch of a button. Simply pull up the app on your phone and request a valet when you start your trip. Luxe will monitor as you get closer to your destination and a valet in a blue polo shirt or jacket will meet you there. You'll know it's them because their name and photo show up in the app ensuring that you are giving your keys to a Luxe representative.  The valet will then park your car in a secure lot or garage and can return your car where and when you request it - even if it's in a different location from where you started. Luxe ensures the most convenient and safe way to manage your car around the city and also conveniently offers additional services like car washing and refueling.

As of July 22, Luxe will be available in the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Williamsburg and select locations in Midtown with plans to expand to other neighborhoods soon. Current hours are: in Manhattan, Monday - Friday 7am-9pm and 10am-10pm on weekends and in Brooklyn, Monday - Thursday 12pm-10pm and Friday-Sunday 11am-11pm. In Manhattan, Luxe costs $7 per hour with a maximum of $30 per day. Brooklyn pricing will begin at $5 per hour with a maximum of $15 per day. For the first time, Luxe will offer long-term parking seven days a week at an introductory rate of $199 per month and up.  Your car will show up at your front door when you need it, eliminating the need to travel to a garage or lot blocks – or in many cases, miles – away from home.
