Macro Risk Advisors Hires Danny Dayan to Focus on Interest Rate Strategy

NEW YORK, Sept. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Macro Risk Advisors (MRA), a leading provider of global market risk analysis and derivatives trade execution for institutional investors, today announced that Danny Dayan has joined the firm as an interest rate strategist. In this newly created position, he will work closely with the firm's clients to assess the global markets and structure transactions that help manage risk.

MRA's expansion into interest rate derivatives comes as investors are confronted with global risks tied to the volatile interest rate environment. The firm's clients, including hedge funds, family offices, pension funds, and endowments, have increasingly sought advice on interest rate moves and their impact on different asset classes.

Prior to joining MRA, Mr. Dayan served on the Interest Rate Derivatives desk at Credit Suisse Securities and previously served as an Equities and Fixed Income Derivatives Consultant at Murex North America. Prior to that, he was a proprietary trader at SJJ Capital. Mr. Dayan received his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and holds a Bachelors of Commerce and Finance from Concordia University.
