Madison Marquette Moves Headquarters to 1000 Maine at the Wharf
WASHINGTON, July 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Washington, DC office of the recently merged Madison Marquette and PMRG announced that it has moved its headquarters to The Wharf's trophy office building, 1000 Maine. The company is co-developer of the landmark mixed use development on DC's southwest waterfront.

The combined company's new headquarters occupies 26,000 square feet in The Wharf's 1000 Maine, which offers close-in access to Metro, Capital Hill, and K Street. The building features a soaring lobby and waterside atrium, a fitness facility overlooking the water as well as a 10,000 square foot rooftop conference center and patio space with views of the Potomac River. Capital Guidance, the parent company of Madison Marquette and PMRG, will share the new space for their global headquarters. Other tenants include the D.C. office of Fish & Richardson, a global IP law firm, Washington Gas and its parent energy company WGL, healthcare data company, Socially Determined, and the law offices of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP.
1000 Maine is an integral part of The Wharf's 2.2 million square foot mixed-use Phase One development, which also includes The Anthem, a 140,000 square foot, 6,000 seat concert hall, three hotels, two multifamily and two condominium buildings, two office buildings and 210,000 square feet of restaurants, retail and entertainment. In its role as co-developer of The Wharf, Madison Marquette sought to reunite the city with the waterfront, complimenting the neighborhood's authenticity as a port community anchored by the historic fish market.
