Madwire Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

FORT COLLINS, Colo., Nov. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Madwire LLC today announced that Matt Bryson is joining the digital marketing software and technology leader as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2018.

Matt Bryson will assume the Chief Financial Officer role from Joe Kellogg, Madwire's Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and current Chief Financial Officer. Joe will continue to serve as Madwire's Co-Chief Executive Officer, the position he has held since founding the company with son, JB Kellogg, in 2009.

Bryson joins Madwire from Copley Equity Partners, a private investment firm, where he served as a Principal since 2017 and Vice President since 2013. At Copley Equity Partners, Bryson was responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities and assisting portfolio companies with growth initiatives. During his time with Copley Equity Partners, Bryson invested in and served as a board member for Hospital Couriers Corporation and North Star Leasing (a current partner of Madwire's where he will continue to serve on the Board).

Prior to his career with Copley Equity Partners, Bryson held various positions of increasing responsibility in finance and leadership at the law firm of WilmerHale LLP and Fidelity Investments. Bryson received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson College and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in political science from Boston College.

Bryson brings with him a proven track record of strategic executive leadership as well as knowledge and a deep understanding of the investment and technology industries. As Chief Financial Officer, Bryson will be responsible for overseeing Madwire's finance department, opportunities for economic growth, corporate development, and investor relations.
