Maesa Launches Year 3 of the Maesa Magic Incubator Program, Empowering Emerging Beauty & Wellness Entrepreneurs

Starting today, applications are open for the Maesa Magic Incubator Class of 2026.

Designed to support early-stage beauty and wellness entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities, the program is now accepting applications for the 2025/26 cohort.

Tailored for brands with under $1,000,000 in sales, the Maesa Magic Incubator offers no-strings-attached funding, high-impact mentorship, in-person events, and customized learning tracks. The program is open to founders who identify as women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, differently abled, seniors (65+), and/or from low-income backgrounds.

The Maesa Magic Incubator was created in direct response to the persistent access gap facing entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities. While the beauty industry has seen a rise in incubator programs over the past decade, many early-stage entrepreneurs remain excluded due to a lack of revenue or retail readiness. The Maesa Magic Incubator not only celebrates innovation but also builds a foundation for long-term success. Since its launch in 2023, the program has awarded over $200,000 in funding and graduated six inspiring entrepreneurs, including last year's winners Jadis Montijo (Motivo Scar Care), Marsha McBain (Trinoli), and Aziza El Wanni (The Potion Studio).

• $35,000 in grant funding per winner

Tailored learning & mentorship

• Personalized mentorship and hands-on support to resolve real-life business challenges

In-person events

• Admission to the coveted Emerson University, "Future of Commerce and Work" program, located on-site at the Harvard Faculty Club (October 2025) - joining a class of 60 retail and consumer brand executives
• Cosmoprof North America is offering a fully paid trip to Cosmoprof North America Miami in January 2026 - including a dedicated panel discussion, networking opportunities, and complimentary access to their prestigious Entrepreneur Academy

The program will culminate with a capstone project presentation to the advisory board comprised of Maesa executives, beauty entrepreneurs, and industry thought leaders.
