Magic of Service Theme For 2013 Red Lion Brand Conference May 14-16

SPOKANE, Wash., May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Red Lion Hotels Magic of Service Brand Conference kicked off with fireworks over the river on Tuesday night.

The Red Lion Hotels Magic of Service Brand Conference is at Red Lion Hotel at the Park in Spokane, Washington, May 14-16, 2013.  The conference speaker lineup includes Amanda Hite, President of Smith Travel Research, Chris Thompson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brand USA, and Shep Hyken, a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author on customer service.

As part of the conference, attendees will pack 200 boxes full of goodies for military men and women serving overseas. The boxes will be shipped to the family and friends of Red Lion Hotels associates and to the Fairchild Air Force Base 93rd Air Refueling Squadron whose members tragically lost three airmen on May 3 near Kyrgyzstan.
