Mahindra Satyam and CollabNet Partner to Bring Agile, Enterprise Cloud Development and DevOps to Global IT Customers

BRISBANE Calif., June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mahindra Satyam, a leading global consulting and IT services provider, and CollabNet® (www.collab.net), the leader for Enterprise Cloud Development, today announced a strategic alliance agreement to jointly develop and deliver Enterprise Cloud Development, Agile and DevOps solutions in the cloud services space. Gartner predicts the total public cloud services market to cross $ 237 billion by 2017 (Gartner Forecast: Public Cloud Services, Worldwide, 2011-2017, 1Q13 Update). Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra (referred to as Mahindra IT) will work together with CollabNet under this agreement.

CollabNet's TeamForge ALM platform aligns with Mahindra IT's vision to drive value for enterprise IT organizations via cloud-based approaches. Mahindra IT will resell CollabNet's TeamForge® and CloudForge™ products and services, as-well-as its Agile training services throughout Asia.
