This eye-catching mustard-bar-on-wheels will tour the West Coast for three weeks, starting in Seattle on August 30, continuing to Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, as well as stopping at the Eat Real Food Festival in Oakland. The Tasting Tour will then head to the Midwest, with three days in Chicago from September 27-29.

The environmentally-friendly mustard mobile features a custom-designed tasting bar. Mustard fans will have the opportunity to compose their own palette of Dijon flavors, compare tastes, and choose their favorites.
