Mainstay Mackay DefinedTerm Municipal Opportunities Fund Declares Monthly Dividend Distribution For October

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- MainStay MacKay DefinedTerm Municipal Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE:MMD) today announced the monthly dividend distribution of $0.085 per common share for the month of October 2020. This amount is consistent with the Fund's prior dividend distributions in 2020, which were also $0.085 per common share.

The Fund's dividend will be derived from its monthly undistributed net investment income and is not expected to contain any return of principal.
