Feb 24, 2016, 09:12 ET from Magna

NEW YORK, Feb. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Redefining the standard for the hiring and management of exceptional workplace talent, Mainz, a Magna company, announced today that they have acquired Tricor, a talent recruiting and staffing company headquartered in Bethlehem, PA. This new strategic acquisition supports Mainz's national expansion plan and demonstrates the company's commitment to lead the global industry in the evolution of talent sourcing. Tricor's customer base will benefit from immediate access to Mainz's proprietary "Recruiting as a Service" (RaaS) platform.

Magna, the firm that created Mainz in 2013 and still operates the company from within its Ventures division, oversaw the business combination. "It's exciting to see one of the companies we built from the ground up executing its growth plan in order to scale its unprecedented offering from coast to coast," said Joshua Sason, Founder and CEO of Magna.

Three years ago, Sason noticed an aging industry model begetting the opportunity to innovate a new approach to workplace hiring and management. Today, through Magna's continued financial and strategic support, Mainz is successfully counteracting the conventional pain points faced by talent-seeking executives.

"Tricor is accretive to Mainz as we add more than 30 new clients across the United States within the hospitality, technology, transportation and light industrial space," said Michael Bekiarian, CEO of Mainz.

"We couldn't be more excited to join Mainz, whose groundbreaking recruiting technology will allow us to provide an exceptionally innovative recruiting platform," said Jennifer Crosson, Founder of Tricor. Crosson will remain with the company as the Director of Talent and will oversee the expansion of Mainz's products and services in the Northeast region.

Mainz's proprietary RaaS platform was launched onstage by Bekiarian on November 1 at the C-Suite Network Conference at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. The product provides companies with predictive technology, critical insights and state-of-the-art assessment tools to dramatically reduce the cost, time and difficulty associated with finding and hiring optimal talent, from entry-level hires to executive appointments.

Mainz plans to unveil additional services alongside its RaaS platform, including a cutting-edge employee training institute, an employee rewards and recognition program to drive increased retention and an analytics tool for the measurement of employee-to-customer business performance. Together, Mainz is poised to be first to market as a single source provider of a full suite of talent-centric solutions fit for organizations of all kinds.
