Major Retailer Reviews Cooper's Products

COTTAGE GROVE, Tenn., Dec. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooper Holding Corp (Pink Sheets: SHAR), a publicly traded company engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of a diverse line of outdoor products, through its wholly owned subsidiary Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc., is delighted to announce that three new products are scheduled to hit shelves in first quarter of 2011.  Furthermore the Company is in contact with a major retail chain that is reviewing our products.

The Board of Directors said shareholders can expect to see an impact in sales growth for 2011. This is primarily due to the development of three new products which will be hitting shelves in the first quarter. Orders for the patented Stalker blind, the umbrella blind and a five hub pop-up ground blind have been approved by the Board of Directors. Materials are being procured and shipping details are being worked out as preparation for production begins. These products are produced in Ningbo, China and imported to the United States.  

The addition of these new blinds to the Chameleon line gives Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc. the edge it needs to be aggressive in the market. For the hunter that is hunting from a tree stand there is the Chameleon Blind line. For the archer that hunts from the ground and stalks their prey, there is the Stalker blind and for those that choose to hunt from the ground in a fixed position there is the umbrella blind and the five hub pop-up blind. Each of these products is very unique in that they are high quality, light-weight, easily setup, compact and cost effective.
