Makhteshim Agan Board of Directors to Announce Appointment of CEO Over Next Few Weeks

Makhteshim Agan, a world leader in crop protection solutions, today announced that its Board has launched a search process to identify a permanent CEO.  The Board took these actions in the wake of Mr. Erez Vigodman's decision to resign his position as Makhteshim Agan's CEO and join Teva Pharmaceuticals as its President and CEO.  

The Board of Directors and Mr. Vigodman agreed that he will continue to serve in his position until early February 2014, by which time a replacement will be named.
