Malibu's Luxury Residential Real Estate Market Welcomes MariSol, Malibu's Only Resort-Style Planned Community

Eight years ago, real estate developers Richard Morris and Ronald Coleman acquired the rights to a large oceanfront tract of undeveloped property on the western shore of one of the most famous coastlines and embarked on, as Morris describes it, "creating a serene and luxurious residential community catering to nature lovers and recreational enthusiasts seeking a peaceful, easy California lifestyle."  According to Coleman, "the size of the property allowed large parcels, each with spectacular white water, island and mountain views.  The opportunity was just too exciting to pass on and we decided to make it all that it could be."
