Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) Hosts 12th Annual Business Summit for Long Term Care, Home Infusion, and Specialty Pharmacies

FLORHAM PARK, N.J., March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA),  a leading health care services and technology company focused on the alternate site health care provider marketplace, hosted its 12^th Annual MHA Business Summit March 18th-20th at Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 2015 MHA Business Summit assembled a series of industry expert speakers to explore issues that directly impact MHA's alternate site health care provider membership, including federal and state legislation,  Specialty Pharmacy, the generic pharmaceutical landscape, changes in health care delivery, as well as the continued impact of the Accountable Care Act.

The three-day meeting was attended by over 1300 MHA LTC, Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy members and business partners. The Summit offered interactive workshops, networking opportunities, several prominent keynote speakers, and a strong line-up of national, regional, and local thought-leaders providing business owners and operators the chance to identify and discuss proactive strategies to maximize opportunities for success in today's dynamic health care market.  The conference's keynote speakers were The Honorable Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., former Governor of Utah and Elizabeth Murray, an author and inspirational speaker who is notable for having received a full scholarship to Harvard University despite being homeless and growing up on the streets of New York City.

In addition to the  highly attended exhibit hall where MHA business partners included most major pharmaceutical manufacturers, software providers, distributors and wholesalers, meeting participants were given the opportunity to make use of an MHA 2015 Business Summit mobile event app to track their schedules, interact with other attendees and gain access to presentation materials.
