Marie Callender's Restaurant & Bakery® Recognizes Azusa Franchisee For Best Sales Performance
MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Marie Callender's Restaurant & Bakery is pleased to announce that Marie Callender's franchisees Bob LaRue, and brothers, Brian and Dave McDonough, whose restaurant is located at 1175 E. Alosta Avenue in Azusa, California, were recognized as the 2015 top performers in the Marie Callender's system. This honor was given based on their store's positive sales in 2015 of +28.14%, a trend that continues +24.34% through June 30, 2016.
LaRue and both McDonough brothers worked at a local Marie Callender's restaurant while they were teenagers in High School, many years before purchasing the Azusa location in 2014. Their lifelong passion for the brand culminated as owners/operators whose desire to enhance performance through local store marketing efforts, commitment to upgrading their restaurant through remodeling and forward thinking approach to business, has garnered stellar results to date.

LaRue and the McDonough's are also actively involved with the community supporting the local Chamber of Commerce, serving the student population from neighboring Azusa Pacific University and participating in a potpourri of fundraisers including the upcoming Revel Canyon Run where Marie Callender's pies are served at the half marathon/marathon finish line!
