Mark Brown, CFA, Patrick Rigamer, and Sunil Sibal Join Global Hunter Securities' Energy Research Team

NEW YORK, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Hunter Securities, LLC (GHS), a full-service investment bank focusing on natural resources-related sectors, is pleased to announce the expansion of its energy research team with the hiring of Mark Brown, CFA, who joins as Director and Senior Oilfield Services Analyst; Patrick Rigamer, Vice President and Senior E&P Analyst; and Sunil Sibal, Director and Senior MLP/Energy Infrastructure Analyst.

Mr. Brown joined GHS from Citigroup where he covered oilfield services, and he has previously held investment banking and research positions at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Bear Stearns. Mr. Brown also previously worked in consulting at Bain & Company. He received an MBA and earned the Beta Gamma Sigma distinction from the University of Chicago, and received his undergraduate degree with honors from Harvard College.

Mr. Rigamer joined GHS from Iberia Capital Partners, where he covered small- to large-cap exploration & production (E&P) companies and helped build the firm from its beginning days. Mr. Rigamer holds a JD, an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tulane University.

Mr. Sibal brings approximately 20 years of progressive international experience in the energy space and was most recently at Citigroup, where he covered midstream MLPs. He was previously at Natixis and Bank of America. Prior to Wall Street, he was an engineer and worked for CB&I Lummus (Chevron JV) and Fluor Corp. Mr. Sibal holds an MBA with High Distinction from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University in India.
