The Row Home Upgrade Package is comprised of "basic," "deluxe" and "ultimate" energy efficiency home improvements that include air sealing and insulating the attic cavity, properly sealing the foundation and basement, and installing low-E window upgrades. Package options can be paired with Mark Group's custom home energy efficiency improvements to address room-specific comfort/energy usage concerns, i.e. caulking trim, lighting upgrades, etc.
