Dr. Kalina has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and is a visionary leader who will be responsible for provisioning the highest quality of care for all patients treated through StemGenex. He will also take part in the design and implementation of patient care delivery, recommending strategies to improve the services and continue to execute on The StemGenex® philosophy of putting patients first.

From 1992-2008, Dr. Kalina was a Primary Care Physician at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, CA. From 2008-2010, Dr Kalina served as Staff Physician with San Diego Cancer Center. Dr. Kalina ran his own private practice in Del Mar, CA from 2010-2012. Just prior to joining StemGenex he was the founder and medical director for Pando Health Groups.
Dr. Kalina served as the Medical Director and Group Support Leader at The Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease from 1996-1998. He also held the title of Medical Director at Scripps Clinic, Wellness and Prevention Programs from 1997-1998.
