Before forming Creative Playground, Ms. Marder was the longtime Global Chief Marketing Officer for Iconix Brand Group where, for over two decades, she lead branding for the portfolio of more than 30 brands including; Candie's, Badgley Mischka, Joe Boxer, London Fog and Starter. She also created and launched Madonna's fashion brand, Material Girl. In addition, Ms. Marder was part of a small executive committee that vetted M & A opportunities. Ms. Winnaman is recognized for negotiating and executing high profile partnerships for the world's leading artist's including; Justin Timberlake for MySpace, Fergie for Wet-n-Wild and Ellen Degeneres for American Express. She was named a "Power Woman" by Forbes and The Hollywood Reporter. Ms. Dolgetta has been instrumental in building some of most recognizable brands across fashion and retail including Danskin, Op and Candie's and oversaw global public relations and corporate communications during her tenure at Iconix Brand Group.
