NEW YORK, June 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Marquee Brands LLC, a brand acquisition, licensing and development company, announced today that David Zolot has joined Neuberger Berman Private Equity as a Principal focused on sourcing and executing consumer and branded acquisitions for Marquee.

Mr. Zolot was previously Vice President of Strategic Development at brand management firm Iconix Brand Group where he successfully completed numerous strategic acquisitions, minority investments and financing transactions. Prior to Iconix, Mr. Zolot was at Peter J. Solomon, a preeminent private investment banking firm focused on the apparel, retail and consumer products industries.
