Marquee Security Acquires Mexico-City based EAS Systems

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J., Oct. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Marquee Security, an international security solutions provider offering fully integrate security system technologies and support, announced today it has acquired the assets of EAS Systems. EAS Systems is a leader in the distribution and implementation of loss prevention systems. The company offers design, installation, service and project management to commercial and retail chains. The acquisition serves to broaden Marquee security's service portfolio utilizing the Mexico headquarters that services Mexico along with a Costa Rican headquarters that services Central and South America.
