NEW YORK, March 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Marshall & Stevens is pleased to introduce three new additions to the New York office talent pool, to support ongoing growth.
John Geraghty, new East Region lead in Structured Finance, has been structuring and negotiating large-scale multi-party non-recourse project financings since 1988. He has structured direct equity investment positions in LP's, LLCs and leveraged leases as well as subordinated debt and high yield senior debt positions in start-up entities. His transition teams have successfully closed project financings in a variety of markets including renewable energy, steel, recycled pulp, automotive assembly lines, natural gas and telecommunications terrestrial and intercontinental submarine fiber optic networks. John's industry experience on the deal side has given him a deep understanding of the valuation of renewable energy projects.
Ellie Tinoco, new lead for the New York Financial Valuation Practice, brings more than 18 years of valuation and advisory experience serving clients in the renewable energy, technology, telecommunication, media, consumer products, food and beverage and life science industries. Her expertise covers business enterprises, debt and convertible debt instruments, intangible assets, trademarks and trade names, patents, technology licensing agreements and related contracts, complex securities, common stock, preferred stock, restricted stock units, performance-based shares and options and warrants. Her roots as a valuation expert at large accounting firms will play a pivotal role as she leads her team at Marshall & Stevens.
Laura Chinnici, New York Office Manager, comes to the firm after honing her skills for 15 years. Her areas of specialty include flawless execution of daily office operations, working with the administrative team to support the various Practice teams, and ensuring that we can keep our intense focus on serving our clients to the best of our ability.
