Martin Dawes Analytics and Customers Espouse the Benefits of Process Analytics at Numerous Industry Events

BOSTON, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- In an ongoing effort to help organizations improve their business performance and realize significant value from agile process analytic software, Martin Dawes Analytics (MDA) today announced that the Company and its customers have been selected to speak at a number of industry events.  During these sessions, MDA will address fraud and revenue management challenges and will provide real-life examples of how telecoms can better manage revenues, maximize their profits and enhance the customer experience.  These conferences include:

• Telecoms Fraud & Revenue Assurance: During the event that will take place from March 22nd-24th, Tim Dunne, Chief Operating Officer at Martin Dawes Analytics will present a session titled, "Establishing a Process Analytic Framework for Identifying and Reducing Fraud while Preventing Revenue Leakage."  Further, Stefan Robsen, MDA's Vice President of Solutions and Head of EMEA, will co-present with Mr. Dunne for a two hour master class titled, "Understanding How to Turn RA and Fraud Data into Meaningful Insights."

• Revenue Assurance and Cost Management in Telecoms: Martin Dawes executives will present a workshop at the event held May 11-12 on "Innovative Approaches to Revenue Assurance" and will participate in an open roundtable discussion on how to reduce fraud.

On March 16^th, Steve Allor, MDA VP of Worldwide sales and MDA customer Atilla Tinic, Vice President of Billing, RA and Corporate Systems at TW Telecom, spoke at Telestrategies' Revenue Assurance & Management 2010 conference in Phoenix, Arizona.  The session focused on the continuous evolution of their RA capability, and the role the Lavastorm Analytic Platform played.  

Lastly, on March 9^th at the Asia Billing and Revenue Assurance conference, Victor Milligan, MDA's Chief Strategy Officer, presented some alternatives to the traditional expensive and large-scale approaches to RA and discussed how providers could start small, with rapidly-deployed, affordable approaches that produce financial results in a few months or less.  Milligan advised attendees on how to create a flexible, self-funding advanced RA program to augment existing RA efforts in a session titled, "Re-thinking Revenue Assurance: Agile, Innovative Approaches for Rapid and Sustainable Results."
