Tracks Will Help Telecom and Utilities Companies Understand How to Increase the Effectiveness of Their Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Initiatives

- Telecoms Fraud & Revenue Assurance: During the event that will take place from March 22nd-24th, Tim Dunne, Chief Operating Officer at Martin Dawes Analytics will present a session titled, "Establishing a Process Analytic Framework for Identifying and Reducing Fraud while Preventing Revenue Leakage." Further, Stefan Robsen, MDA's Vice President of Solutions and Head of EMEA, will co-present with Mr. Dunne for a two hour master class titled, "Understanding How to Turn RA and Fraud Data into Meaningful Insights."
- Revenue Assurance and Cost Management in Telecoms: Martin Dawes executives will present a workshop at the event held May 11-12 on "Innovative Approaches to Revenue Assurance" and will participate in an open roundtable discussion on how to reduce fraud.
On March 16th, Steve Allor, MDA VP of Worldwide sales and MDA customer Atilla Tinic, Vice President of Billing, RA and Corporate Systems at TW Telecom, spoke at Telestrategies' Revenue Assurance & Management 2010 conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
