Anthony Lembo joined martinwolf in 1998, shortly after the firm was founded. He leads its IT Solution Provider practice, and has led engagements with more members of the CRN Solution Provider 500 list than any other M&A advisor.
Clients Anthony has advised involve leaders in IT product distribution, services and sales such as DLT, Insight, Corporate PC Source, More Direct, PC Connection, Logicalis, Westcon, Zones, Inc. and Versatile Systems.
Prior to joining martinwolf, Anthony was a founder and Chief Operating Officer of National Data Products, Inc., a product and systems integrator. While at NDP the company grew from start-up to $200 million in revenue and was successfully sold to Dataflex Corporation, a NASDAQ-traded public company.
At Dataflex, Anthony was President, COO and CFO with responsibility for sales, operations and finance. Anthony led the restructuring of the company with divestures of divisions to GE, Vanstar and private equity, as well as the sale of the company to CompuCom. He has more than 27 years in senior management and IT-related businesses, having started his career as an IT consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he designed and developed IT and financial systems for Fortune 500 clients.
Anthony has attended numerous finance and IT-related seminars, is a certified public accountant and is a FINRA registered broker.
